Why can I no longer switch on my enfore device with card payment function?

If your enfore device with card payment function (e.g. enforeDonner) can no longer be switched on, the cause may be, for example, that the enfore device has not been used for a longer period of time and the battery has discharged as a result.

Please follow the steps below so that we can help you as soon as possible:

  1. Connect your enfore device to the charger.
  2. Fully charge your enfore device.
    If you have connected your enfore device to the charger and you do not yet see a battery icon on the display and the device has not restarted either, let the device charge for 2-3 hours. After that, you should either see the battery icon on the display or the device should have restarted.
  3. If after this time you neither see the battery icon on the display, nor has your device restarted, and it also will not turn on, contact our enforeCare team at care@enfore.com

To ensure the proper functioning of your enfore device, we recommend to fully charge the device approx. 2 - 3 times a year before storage and then store it in a switched-off state.
