Change the invoice address of an invoice that has already been paid

Would you like to change the invoice address of an invoice that has already been paid? With enforePOS, this is possible. You can find out how this works below.

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales History.
  2. Swipe from right to left on the invoice whose invoice address you want to change.
  3. Tap on Print.svg.Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 09.17.45.png⮕ The Receipt window opens.
  4. Swipe from right to left over the entered invoice address.
  5. Tap on Edit.svg.Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 09.19.14.png⮕ The Edit Customer window opens.
  6. Tap on the invoice address.Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 09.20.22.png⮕ The Select Invoice Address window opens.
  7. Tap on [+ Add Invoice Address].Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 09.21.13.png⮕ The Create Invoice Address window opens.
  8. Enter the new invoice address in the Street address field.

  11. Tap on [Complete].Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 09.29.39.png⮕ The invoice address has been changed. In the sales history, you can see that the invoice with the old invoice address has been canceled (1).
