How do I set up collection and delivery for my online store?

In order for your sales items to be available for order pickup and delivery on your online presence, the following settings must be made:

  • The Shop module is added to your online sales channel (Sales > Sales channels > Online sales channel > Modules tab > + Add module)

  • In your online sales channel, a pickup location is selected in the Pickup tab of the Shop module(Sales > Sales Channels > (Select online sales channel) > Modules > (Select Shop module) > Pickup tab).

  • The sales forms Pickup and Delivery are assigned to your POS location(Sales > Sales Channels > (Select Sales Channel)) > Edit.svg)

    You can also choose pickup only or delivery only.

  • The sales forms Pickup and Delivery are activated in your online sales channel in the General tab (Sales > Sales Channels > (Select online sales channel) > General tab)

  • Your products are assigned to your online sales channel (Sales > Sales Channels > (Select online sales channel) > Modules tab > (Select Shop module) > Products tab)

  • The sales forms Pickup and Delivery are assigned to your sales items (Sales > Sales items > (Select sales item) > Sales tab > Sales types field)

The following setting must be made especially for the delivery order:

  • At least one delivery method is assigned to your POS location(Order management > Order Settings > Processing tab)
