Why does my customer's invoicing address not appear on the receipt?

If your customer's invoicing address does not appear on the receipt, it may be because you collected an order in cash but did not enter an invoicing address for a formal invoice. Your customer’s address will only be included on the receipt if you issue a formal invoice for a cash payment and select your customer's address in the process. However, if you check out an order and select the Pay later payment method, your customer's address will automatically be issued on the receipt.
