Via the POS menu you can switch to the different menus of enforePOS. The individual menus are organized thematically and provide you with a clear structure when you are navigating through enforePOS.
When you tap on a menu, the POS menu adjusts accordingly and all subordinated menus are displayed.
Access the POS Menu
There are two ways to access the POS menu:
Option 1
- Tap
in the upper left corner. ⮕ The POS menu is displayed on the left side of the screen.
- Tap on the desired menu item to go to the respective section.
- Tap outside the POS menu if you want to stay in the current section and hide the POS menu.
Option 2
- On an enfore device/tablet/smartphone: Swipe your finger from the left side of the screen to the right.
On a Mac/PC: Press the mouse button and drag from the left side of the window to the right.⮕ The POS menu is displayed on the left side of the screen.
- Tap on the desired menu to go to a specific section.
- Tap outside the POS menu if you want to stay in the current section and hide the POS menu.
You can access the POS menu at any time and from anywhere, as long as no window is open.
Access the Drop-Down Quick Menu in the POS Menu
In the POS menu, you can also access the drop-down quick menu. This is only displayed from the second menu level. For example, if you are in the Sales menu, you can use the drop-down quick menu to go directly to another menu without having to go to the main menu first.
- Tap
in the POS menu.
⮕ The drop-down quick menu opens. - Tap on the menu item you want to access.
⮕ All sub-items for the selected menu are displayed.
- Tap on one of the sub-items to directly access the associated menu.
- Tap
enforePOS to close the drop-down quick menu and go to the main menu.
Overview - Individual Sections
You can access the following sections from the main menu:
Sales
Reservations
Customer
Order Management
Inventory
Deliveries
Business Account
My Account
The My Account section in the POS menu always remains unchanged and can be accessed from all sections in the POS menu. In this section, you can perform actions such as locking the screen or switching users.
Username
- Tap the username (Thomas Johnson in the example).
⮕ The My Account window opens.
Switch User
- Tap Switch User.
⮕ The Select Staff Member window opens.
Here you can:
- switch between registered staff members
- access and log in all users
Several users can be logged in at the cash register at the same time.
Logout
- Tap Logout to log out of enforePOS.
Lock Screen
- Tap Lock Screen to lock your cash register screen.
