There are different ways to manage cash in enforePOS. If you do not manage your cash at the cash register, but your staff members manage cash in their own cash containers, you activate this function in the staff member profile. We explain how it works here.
Requirements
- You ended your shift and closed the Business day
- In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Settings.
⮕ The This Cash Register overview opens. - Switch to Cash Container.
- Select Cash Drawer.
⮕ You have successfully activated the cash management at the cash register. All cash transactions in your cash register are recorded. You can book cash deposits and withdrawals and create counting protocols.
