In enforePOS you can activate and deactivate the cash ledger. The cash ledger records your monthly cash movements and displays them in a table. We recommend that you start your cash ledger before you start selling and before you put cash in the cash register.
When you start your cash ledger, make sure that none of your cash registers have a cash balance so that your cash ledger does not have an opening balance. In this case, do a cash drawing first.
Requirements
- All cash register and staff member reports have been completed
There are two ways to activate the cash ledger:

Option 1
- In the POS menu, open Sales > Accounting > Current Cash Ledger.
- Tap on [Run Cash Ledger].
⮕ The cash ledger is started.

Option 2
- In the POS menu, open Sales > Accounting > Current Cash Ledger.
- Tap the gear next to Location.
⮕ The window with the name of the selected POS location opens.
- Activate the Use Cash Ledger function.
⮕ The cash ledger is started.
