What do I do if my barcode scanner does not work?

All external Honeywell Barcode Scanners from the enfore shop are compatible with the enfore devices.

  • If you want to scan sales items barcodes with the external barcode scanner during checkout, the Dasher must show the Register view.
  • If you want to add sales items to your cash register by scanning sales items barcodes, the Dasher must show the Cash register or Sales Items view. 
  • If the Dasher does not respond to the scanner's signals, check if the scanner is displayed under Business > Account Devices and under Sales > Sales Settings in the Devices tab.
