Change and Print Logo and Complimentary Close of the POS Location on the Receipt

In this How-To, you'll learn how to create a customized receipt with a custom logo and complimentary close for each of your POS locations.


  • You have enabled the Show Branches in Documents option in the POS menu under Business Account > Business Info.

Select and Insert New Logo

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Channels.
  2. In the left column, select the POS location for which you want to change the logo and/or complimentary close on the receipt. 
  3. Tap on the icon of the selected POS location. Bildschirmfoto⮕ The Select Logo of [POS location] window opens.
  4. Select an already uploaded image if you want to use it as a logo. 
  5. If you want to upload a new image as a logo, tap on [Add Logo]. Bildschirmfoto⮕ The window for uploading a logo opens.
  6. Tap on BrowseNode.svg. Bildschirmfoto
  7. Upload your desired logo.

    Make sure to use only your own or royalty-free downloaded images. Information about image sizes and aspect ratios can be found here.

    ⮕ The uploaded logo is displayed in the left column.
  8. Tap on the uploaded logo to set it as your company logo. Bildschirmfoto⮕ The logo now also appears in the right column.

    You can delete other logos by swiping left on the logo and tapping on Delete.svg .

  9. Tap on NavbarCheckmark-15.png to save your change. Bildschirmfoto⮕ You have successfully uploaded the new logo.
  10. Tap on the logo to select it.
  11. Tap on [Done] to apply the selection. Bildschirmfoto⮕ You have successfully added a logo to your POS location. The logo is printed on the receipt.

Enter Complimentary Close

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Channels.
  2. Tap on the Complimentary Close field. 
  3. Enter your complimentary close.
  4. Confirm with NavbarCheckmark-15.png. Bildschirmfoto⮕ You have successfully entered a complimentary close. It will be printed on the receipt.
