You want to offer the same sales items in your enforePOS Online Store as in your retail store, but at different prices? No problem in enforePOS.
If you sell a sales item in both your online store and physical store, you can set different prices for this sales item.
Requirements
- You have created sales items
- You have created different sales channels in your enforePOS
- You have assigned the sales items to the respective sales channels
- You have created an online presence
- You have made all the necessary settings for the operation of your online store
- From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
- Tap on the sales item for which you want to create a different price.
⮕ The detail page of the sales item opens.
- Tap on [Define Pricing per Sales Channel].
Alternatively, you can tap on the sales channel for which you want to change the price.⮕ The Define Pricing per Sales Channel window opens.
- On the left, select the desired sales channel for which you want to change the price.
- Type in the Price field.
- Enter the new price for the selected sales channel.
- Confirm the input with
.⮕ The changed price for the sales channel is displayed.
- If necessary, select whether the price is gross, whether the sales item is available for sale at all, and whether you want to apply discounts to the sales item.
- Tap on [Confirm].
⮕ On the detail page of the sales item, you will see the changed price for the sales channel.
