Online Presence - General Tab

In the General tab of your online sales channel, you define general settings for your online presence.mceclip0.png


Domain Name: in this field, you will see the name you have set for your domain. This name cannot be changed subsequently.

Domain Redirects: select the domain redirect in this field. If you select a domain here, your customers can also reach your online presence via this domain.

Note for Switzerland: For example, if you select a domain with the .ch ending here, your online presence can be also be reached via the domain with the .com ending.

Visibility: select the visibility of your online presence in this field. You can choose between private or public.

Sales Types

In the Sales Types section, you specify whether you offer Pickup, Delivery, or both sales types on your online presence. Depending on the selection, the composition of your menu bar will change.


Here you choose from the payment methods, depending on the settings of the sales types:

Payment on Pickup: enable this option if you want to charge your customer on pickup if they select this payment option. 

Payment on Delivery: enable this option if you want to charge your customer on delivery if they select this payment option.

Prepayment: enable this option if your customer pays in advance.

To enable the Prepayment option, the Confirmation Required option must be enabled in the order tracking. Order payments must be manually verified before delivery.

Online Credit Card Payment: enable this payment method if you want to offer your customers payment with credit cards, such as Visa and/or Mastercard. Here you have the option to connect your Stripe payment account.

PayPal: enable this option if you want to allow your customers to pay via PayPal.


In POS, you can use almost all currency units. To change the currency, proceed as follows:

  1. Type into the [Currencies] input field.
    ⮕ The menu for selecting the currency opens.
  2. Choose a default currency for your online presence.
    ⮕ You have successfully changed your currency.

Common Supported Countries

In this field, all the countries where your online presence is supported are listed.

Advertisement Agreement

Choose here if you want your customers to be asked to opt in to advertisements. Check the Do not ask for advertisement agreement option if you do not want to send advertisements to your customers.

Target Group

Here you select more options for your target group: 

Offer only for traders: choose whether you want your offers to only apply to traders. If this option is disabled, your offers will apply to both traders and private customers. 

Formal Address: enable this option if you want to use a formal address in correspondence with your customers.

Website Verification

Here you can enter the verification codes from Google and/or Facebook to verify yourself as the owner of your enfore website. 

Google Verification Code: enter your verification code from Google here. You can find out more about website verification here

Facebook and Instagram Verification Code: enter your verification code from Facebook here.

Integrate Modules

In this section you can integrate your reservation and shop modules into external websites. To do this, add the HTML code snippet to the external website. For more information, enter your enfore web address /home/embedding in your browser. An example of this is:

Integrate modules into external pages: enable this option if you want to allow the integration of modules into external pages.

Hosts: select here the websites on which the modules may be integrated. 


Show location information on homepage: activate this option if you want to show the location information of your POS location on your homepage.

Customer Service 

Contact Person: enter the contact person you want to show on your online presence.
