Reservations - Edit Consultation Service Properties

You have already created a consultation service and want to edit the properties of your consultation service? In this How-To, we'll show you how to do it. You'll also learn how to link your previously created consultation services and consultation spaces.

Requirements

  1. In the POS menu, open Reservations > Services.
  2. Tap on the consultation service you want to edit.

Details Overview

Edit Identity

  1. To change the name of the selected consultation service, tap on Edit-15.png in the upper right corner.
    ⮕ The Edit Identity window opens.
  2. If necessary, change the name and short description of the consultation service here.
  3. Tap on NavbarCheckmark-15.png to save your changes.5_EN.png⮕ The changes have been applied.
  • Availability Tab

    Here, you make the settings for the availability of the consultation service.2_EN.png

    Consultation Service

    Service Locations: Here, you can choose the locations where you want to offer this consultation service.

    Reservation Channels: Here, you can choose the reservation channels through which you want this consultation service to be reservable. 

    Service Duration: Here, you can adjust the service duration of your consultation service.

    Time Availability

    Enter the time availability for the consultation service here.
    An example of this would be an expert consultation which is available daily from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. This means that you offer this expert consultation only during this time period.

    Note opening hours of the Location: Activate this option if this consultation service should only be reservable during the opening hours of the location.

    Automatically Cancel after: Specify here the time after which a reservation for the consultation service should be automatically canceled, so that the consultation service is available again for new reservations.

    Ask for a mandatory reconfirmation: Activate this option if you want to request a mandatory reconfirmation. The customer will be asked via SMS or email to confirm the reservation within 4 hours.

  • Consultation Spaces Tab

    Select here the previously created consultation spaces that should offer this consultation service.

    If a consultation space should no longer offer this consultation service, you can also remove the consultation space. 

  • Info Tab

    In the Info tab, you can enter additional information about the service.4_EN.png

    Tags: Add tags for the consultation service here.

    Short Description: Enter a short description for the consultation service here.

    Description: Insert a more detailed description for the consultation service here.

    Product Media: In this section, you can add different media to your consultation service.
