Your customers have made a reservation, and you want to make sure that they will not forget it? You can configure enforePOS in order to send reminders to your customers. In this How-To, we'll show you how to do it.
- You have selected a reminder type under Reservations > Reservation Settings > Notifications tab in the Active Reminders section
If you have set up a reminder under Reservations > Reservation Settings in the Notifications tab, your customer will receive an automatic reminder from enforePOS after their reservation has been confirmed.
Possible reminder periods to choose from are Few hours before the reservation, One day before the reservation, Two days before the reservation, One week before the reservation and One month before the reservation.
