Send Invoice/Receipt by Email

enforePOS automatically generates an invoice for each completed order. In the sales history, you can view, print and send invoices as an email or SMS. You can find more information about printing the invoice receipt here

To send an invoice by email at the end of the payment process, do the following:

  1. Tap on NavbarCheckmark-15.svg to collect the order.

  2. Select the payment method.

  3. Select [Email] to send the receipt by e-mail.3_EN.png⮕ If you have not yet assigned the order to a customer with a stored email address, the [Please enter email address] window opens. 
  4. Enter the email address to which the invoice should be sent.
  5. Tap on [Confirm].

  6. Tap on [Complete].
    5_EN.png⮕ The Receipt window closes.
    enforePOS sends the invoice by email to the specified email address.
