In this How-To we will show you how to connect additional (peripheral) devices to your Mac client using an enforeAddOn, like an enforeCube or enforeDonner.
Requirement
- You have installed an enforeAddOn (enforeCube or enforeDock)
Integrate Barcode Scanner
- In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
- Switch to the Device Management overview at the bottom right.
- Switch to the enforeAddOns tab.
⮕ Your enforeCube or enforeDock was found in the same network by your device manager and is in Online status. - Tap on the enforeCube.
⮕ The detail window of the enforeCube opens.
- Tap on [+ Connect Device].
- Tap on the Barcode Scanner.
⮕ The detail window of the barcode scanner opens.
- Tap on [Next].
⮕ The detail window of the barcode scanner opens.
- Select what the device will be used for.
- Tap on [Complete].
⮕ The barcode scanner is connected to the enforeCube via the device manager.
Include Printer
- In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
- Switch to the Device Manager overview at the bottom right.
- Switch to the enforeAddOns tab.
⮕ Your enforeCube or enforeDock was found in the same network by your device manager and is in Online status. - Tap on the enforeCube.
⮕ The detail window of the enforeCube opens.
- Tap on [+ Connect device].
- Tap on the Receipt printer.
⮕ The detail window of the receipt printer opens.
- Tap on [Next].
- Select what the device will be used for.
- Tap on [Complete].
⮕ The printer is connected to the enforeCube via the device manager.
