Device Management via enforeAddOns on the Mac Client

In this How-To we will show you how to connect additional (peripheral) devices to your Mac client using an enforeAddOn, like an enforeCube or enforeDonner.

Requirement

Integrate Barcode Scanner

  1. In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
  2. Switch to the Device Management overview at the bottom right.
  3. Switch to the enforeAddOns tab.
    ⮕ Your enforeCube or enforeDock was found in the same network by your device manager and is in Online status. 
  4. Tap on the enforeCube.

  5. Tap on [+ Connect Device].

  6. Tap on the Barcode Scanner.

  7. Tap on [Next].

  8. Select what the device will be used for.
  9. Tap on [Complete].

    The barcode scanner is connected to the enforeCube via the device manager.

Include Printer

  1. In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
  2. Switch to the Device Manager overview at the bottom right.
  3. Switch to the enforeAddOns tab.
    ⮕ Your enforeCube or enforeDock was found in the same network by your device manager and is in Online status. 
  4. Tap on the enforeCube.

  5. Tap on [+ Connect device]

  6. Tap on the Receipt printer.

  7. Tap on [Next].

  8. Select what the device will be used for.
  9. Tap on [Complete].
