We explain to you how it works: If the label sizes do not appear as shown in the picture above, you should first unassign your Zebra label printer at your cash register. After unassigning, you can reassign the printer. If the label sizes are not displayed despite this procedure, you should remove the label printer and add it again.

Unassign the Printer on the Device

  1. In the POS menu, open Business Account Devices.
⮕ The view of your cash register settings opens.
  2. Switch to the Device Usage tab.
  3. Tap on the Receipt Printer field where you can see your label printer.
mceclip1.png ⮕ The Select Receipt Printer window opens.
  4. Now, tap on the label printer to deselect it. mceclip2.png ⮕ The Select Receipt Printer window closes. The label printer has been successfully unassigned. mceclip3.png

Now you can assign the label printer as a printer in the Receipt printer field again.

If this procedure does not solve the problem, you will have to remove the printer and add it again.

Remove Printer from Connected Devices

  1.  In the POS menu, open Business Account Devices.
⮕ The view of your cash register settings opens.
  2. Switch to the Connected Devices tab.
⮕ All devices connected to the cash register are displayed.
  3. Swipe from right to left on the label printer.
  4. Then tap on Trash-15.png to remove the label printer. mceclip4.png ⮕ The confirmation prompt appears.
  5. Tap on [Delete] to delete the label printer. mceclip5.png ⮕ The label printer has been successfully removed from the list of connected devices.
