Can my customers add the special requests when ordering?

Your customers want to share specific comments about an order item on their online order? In the product details section we have created the possibility of depositing special requests, with a free text field for the exact specification of the special requests. You can determine yourself how long the text may be, so that the information also remains clear.

  1. Open the POS menu: Sales > Sales Channels.
  2. Under Online Sales Channels, select your online presence.
  3. Tap on the Modules tab.
  4. Choose the shop module.
  5. In the Basic tab, activate the Allow Special Instructions option and specify how long the message can be.

Now your customers can add additional information to their order (e.g. special preparation requests for Build to Order products).
