In the General tab, you can define basic settings for your POS location.
You can access the General tab of your sales channel in the POS menu via Sales > Sales Channels.
Then, in the left pane, select the POS location for which you want to make settings.
Tap on the corresponding fields to edit your data (address, phone, email and opening hours).
Address: enter the address of your POS location here.
Phone: enter the phone number of your POS location here.
Email: add the email address of your POS location here.
Opening hours: select the opening hours of your POS location here. You can use 15-minute intervals to set the opening hours. You can find more information about the opening hours here.
Location language: select the language of your POS location here.
The location language you select here will not be applied on your enfore device until you restart your enforePOS.
The location language settings are only applied on enfore devices.
If you are working on a Mac or Windows client, the default language is kept.
The Default language of your organization is not affected by the location language.
Type in the Complimentary Close field to customize the complimentary close at the end of your receipts.
The address, phone number, email address, as well as the complimentary close can be seen on the receipt.
Create the service areas for your POS location here:
- Tap on [+ Add Service Area].
- Enter the name of your new service area.
- Confirm your entry by tapping on . ⮕ You have successfully created a new service area.
