In the Offers tab, you define per POS location whether you want to track your offers and which documents you want to send automatically to the customers.
You can access the Offers tab in the POS menu via Sales > Sales Channels.
Then, in the left pane, select the POS location for which you want to make settings.
Here, you can select various settings for order tracking:
Confirmation Required: with this setting, you can request an order confirmation. If you activate this option, the offer must be confirmed manually in enforePOS.
Track Offer Submission: with this setting, you can request a confirmation of the issued offer. When this option is activated, the issuing of the offer must be confirmed manually in enforePOS.
Track Receipt: here you can request an acknowledgement of receipt. When this option is activated, the reception of the offer must be manually confirmed in enforePOS.
Track Fulfillment: check this option to confirm the fulfillment of the offer manually.
Sales Offer: tap on this field to choose whether you want the sales offer to be sent by email, by SMS or to be printed. Learn how to create a sales offer here.
