What should I pay attention to with barcodes for pre-printed vouchers or customer cards?

We recommend the use of 8-digit number combinations without leading 0.
The barcodes should then be created in "Code128" format. These are readable with enforePOS compatible scanners and are outside the usual product barcodes.
Each card should have a unique barcode. In addition, it should be ensured that the barcodes used are not in the range of those used by default for EAN codes on sales items.
