With some Windows versions (builds), it may happen that the software does not start despite regular uninstalling and reinstalling.
You can solve this problem by assigning the enforePOS app to the correct Java client before launching it.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Right click on the enforePOS app.
- Click on Properties.
⮕ The enforePOS Properties window opens.
- Click on [Open File Location].
- Select the app folder.
- Right click on enforePOS.jar_win.jar.
- Click on [Create Shortcut].
- Move the shortcut to your desktop.
- Open the shortcut of the enforePOS app.
