Create Product Set

In enforePOS you can combine several sales items and sell them as one set. In this How-To, we'll show you how to do it.

Follow these steps to create a set:

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
  2. Tap on Plus.svg in the upper right corner. 1_EN.png⮕ The Define Type of Sales Item window opens.
  3. Select the Set option. 2_EN.png ⮕ The Create New Set window opens.
  4. Enter the following information in the Identity step:
    • Name (mandatory field): You are free to choose the name of the sales item. 
    • Article ID (optional): You can assign an article ID for internal identification. If you want to look for using the cash register, you must use only numbers.
    • EAN: Add the EAN of your sales item here.
    • Optional: Tap on [+ Assembly Locations].
      Select the desired assembly location. If you have created several assembly locations (e.g. kitchen and bar), you can specify here where the sales item should be assembled.
  5. Tap on [Next].3_EN.png
  6. In the Sales step, enter the following information or make the following settings:
    • Sales Unit: Specify in which unit the item is sold. By default, pc is selected for quantity/piece. Tap on pc to make more units available for selection.
    • Price: If all variants in which the sales item is available have the same price, enter the selling price for one unit here. If the variants are to have different prices, leave the value open at this point. 
    • Price is gross: Check this option if the price you specify is gross. 
    • Sales Category: Assign a sales category to the set here. You can assign the sales category freely or choose from previously created categories. 
  7. Tap on [Next].4_EN.png
  8. In the Availability step, enter the following information or make the following settings
    • Sales Types: Indicate how the sales item is available: Over the Counter, Pickup and/or Delivery (multiple selection is possible).
    • Sales channels (optional):  Specify here the sales channels where the sales item may be sold. If you have multiple locations, you can indicate here at which locations the sales item is available. 
    • Available for sales (optional):  Activate this function if you want the sales item to be available for sale. This option is enabled by default. To disable, tap the green checkmark once.
  9. Tap on [Next].5_EN.png
  10. In the step, define components, which products and quantities make up the product set. 
  11. Tap [Complete]. 6_EN.png⮕ You have successfully created a product set. You can view the product set under Sales > Sales Items > Set tab. 7_EN.png
