Take Pre-Orders for a Reservation

  • Updated

In enforePOS, you can include the pre-orders of your guests when creating a table reservation. For example, if you have a lot of table reservations on special occasions such as Christmas and therefore a high volume of guests who visit your restaurant every year or already know what they want to order, you can store their pre-orders directly in enforePOS

You can add the customer's pre-order either when creating a table reservation or when editing the table reservation at a later time.

  • For new reservation

If you want to add the pre-orders when creating a table reservation, proceed as follows:

    1. In the POS menu, open Reservations > Inbox.

    2. Tap + in the upper left corner. mceclip0.png ⮕ The Location Selection window opens.

    3. Select here the POS location where you want to create the reservation. mceclip3.png
