Load Reservations into the Cash Register

In this How-To, you will learn how to load a customer reservation into the cash register. There are several ways to do this: from the floor plan, from the Reservations overview and directly from the cash register.

• From the Floor Plan

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
  2. Tap on the Order Switcher .  ⮕ The Active Orders view opens.
  3. Switch to the Floor Plan tab.
  4. Tap on the table in the floor plan.
     ⮕ All reservations at this table are displayed.
  5. Tap on the reservation to load it into the cash register. ⮕ The reservation is in the cash register and can be settled.

• From the Reservations overview

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
  2. Tap on the Order Switcher .  ⮕ The Active Orders view opens.
  3. Switch to the Reservations overview.
  4. Tap on the desired reservation.  ⮕ The reservation is in the cash register and can be settled.

• From the Cash Register

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
  2. Tap on .  ⮕ The Available Reservations window opens. All current reservations are displayed.
  3. Tap the reservation to load it into the cash register.  ⮕ The reservation is in the cash register and can be settled.
