In this How-To, you will learn how to load a customer reservation into the cash register. There are several ways to do this: from the floor plan, from the Reservations overview and directly from the cash register.
Requirements
- The Reservation settlement in the cash register function is enabled in the Reservation settings under Reservations > Reservation Settings > General tab

From the Floor Plan
- In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
- Tap on the Order Switcher

⮕ The Active Orders view opens.
- Switch to the Floor Plan tab.
- Tap on the table in the floor plan.
⮕ All reservations at this table are displayed. - Tap on the reservation to load it into the cash register.
⮕ The reservation is in the cash register and can be settled.

- In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
