Send Bug Report

Do you want to submit a bug report? Then you can use the Send Bug Report function on your enfore device to send a bug report to the enforeCare team, who can then process your request. The bug report contains your device information. We explain to you in this How-To how to send a bug report in enforePOS.

  1. In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.

  3. Tap on [Send Bug Report].Capture d’écran 2024-02-29 à 09.17.17.png ⮕ The Send Bug Report window opens.
  4. Verify that your contact details are correct for any eventual question from our part and add a phone number if necessary.

    The Name and Email Address fields are already pre-filled. This makes it easier for us to assign them.

  5. Enter a description in the Bug description field.

    We recommend that you enter a description as detailed as possible so that the enforeCare team can process your request in a targeted manner.

  6. Tap on [Submit] to send the bug report.Capture d’écran 2024-02-29 à 09.18.51.png⮕ The bug report is sent. You will receive a notification once the bug report has been sent successfully.

You can also send a bug report from the Sales Settings. To do this, open Sales > Sales Settings > General in the POS menu and tap on Info.svg..
