Why was my customer display with payment function not found?

It seems that there is no connection between your enfore device and your customer display with payment function. The reason for this could be that your customer display with payment function and your enfore device were ready for operation at different times. It is also possible that the connection between your enfore device and your customer display with payment function is interrupted.

To solve the problem, proceed as follows:

  1. Check the cable connection between your enfore device and your customer display with payment function. Are the plugs firmly connected?
  2. Restart your enfore device.
  3. If the customer display with payment function still cannot be found, contact our enforeCare team at care@enfore.com. Tell us what status message you got on your enfore device and describe in detail what happened.
  4. Send a bug report to our enforeCare team. To do this, tap on the information icon in the upper right corner of the POS menu under Sales > Sales Settings. Tell us in the error description field which status message you got displayed on your enfore device.
