Why does the serial number of the customer display with payment not match the serial number of my enfore device?

The serial number of the customer display with payment function does not seem to match the serial number of your enfore device. This could be because we have the serial number of your enfore device instead of the serial number of your payment module.

To solve the problem, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the printer door of the enforeDasher.
  2. Write down the serial number of your customer display with payment function (1) and the serial number of your enfore device (2).IMG_0062_Kopie.png
  3. Contact our enforeCare team at care@enfore.com. Tell us what status message you got on your enfore device and what the serial numbers of your customer display with payment function and your enfore device are.
  4. Send a bug report to our enforeCare team. To do this, tap on the information icon in the upper right corner of the POS menu under Sales > Sales Settings. Tell us in the error description field which status message you got displayed on your enfore device.
