If you, as the owner or authorized person, want to close the location business day, but staff members have not finished their shifts and completed their device business day, e.g. because there is no power or internet connection, the device is under repair, or has been lost, you can force end shifts and close device business days. This will allow you to still complete the location business day. You will learn how to do that in this How-To.
In our example, the staff member Mike Johnson has not completed the device business day at the cash register Cash Register 2 and has not finished his shift.
