Logging into enforePOS

When you turn on your checkout, you must first log in with your staff member account. In this How-To, we'll show you how to do it. 

Requirements

Log in with email address and password

  1. Turn on your cash register.
    ⮕ The Login window opens.
  2. In the Login window, select your email address. Screenshot_2022-07-12_at_08.46.31.png
  3. In the Login email field, enter the email address that was used to create your account.
  4. Enter your password in the Password field. 
  5. Tap on [Login]. Screenshot_2022-07-12_at_08.23.33.png ⮕ You have successfully logged in.

Log in with username and password

  1. Turn on your cash register.
    ⮕ The Login window opens.

    If you see the message "In order for this device to be used for your organization, an admin must first log in." contact the owner. The owner will need to follow the steps in the Admin login section.

  3. In the Username field, enter the username that was used to create your account.

    Be aware of upper and lower case when typing.

  4. Enter your password in the Password field.

Admin login

In order for your staff members to log in to a device, you must log in once as an admin. The admin is the person who is defined as the owner in enforePOS

  1. Tap on [Admin Login]. Screenshot_2022-07-12_at_11.14.42.png
  2. In the Login email field, enter the email address of the admin account.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Tap on Admin login. Screenshot_2022-07-12_at_11.15.29.png ⮕ The Admin login was successful window is displayed.
  5. Tap Log in user. Screenshot_2022-07-12_at_11.17.14.png ⮕ Your staff members can now log on to this device.
