Show Inventory Sales Items in the Basket or on the Receipt
This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.
Do you want to display inventory sales items that were added multiple times separately in the basket and on the receipt? With enforePOS, this is possible. In this How-To, we will show you how to do it.
Show Items individually in the Basket
Requirements
You have deactivated the Merge sales items option in the POS menu under More > [Name of your cash register] at the top right of the Receipt tab in the Product Receipt View area
To display items individually in the basket, proceed as follows:
Open your cash register.
Add a sales item to the basket multiple times. In our example, 2x carrot cake. ⮕ The items are listed one below the other in the basket.

You have deactivated the options Merge sales items and Merge items on invoice in the POS menu under More > [Name of your cash register] at the top right of the Receipt tab in the Product receipt view area
To display items individually on the receipt, proceed as follows:
Open your cash register.
Add a sales item to the basket multiple times. In our example, 2x carrot cake.
Tap on [Checkout Order].
Choose a payment method. In our example we choose the payment method Cash Payment.
Specify how the receipt should be issued. In our example we choose Email.
Tap on [Complete].⮕ The items are listed one below the other on the receipt (in our example, in the attached PDF in the email).
Split positions
Have you added a sales item to an order several times and want to split the combined quantity of the corresponding order item into several individual items? This is helpful if, for example, you want to give a discount on a certain quantity of a sales item.
To split items, proceed as follows:
Add a sales item to the basket multiple times.
Swipe from right to left on the item whose quantity you want to split.
Tap on .⮕ The Choose Quantity window opens.
In the Quantity field, use or to enter the quantity to be transferred to the new item. The corresponding price will be displayed in the Price field.
Confirm with .⮕ The position has been split into 2 positions.
