Is the internet connection of your enforePOS device interrupted? This can have various causes. Proceed as follows:
Check whether the enforePOS version works on your Windows or Mac PC. If the version works smoothly, server problems are ruled out. If the version is not working properly, check in which Wi-Fi network your Windows or Mac PC and your enforePOS device are connected. If necessary, connect your enforePOS device to another Wi-Fi network.
Perform a speed test on your laptop to check the download speed of your Internet connection. If the download speed is below 6 Mbit/s and you are operating your cash register with Wi-Fi, we recommend connecting your cash register to your Internet via LAN.
Compare the download speed with the performance of your Internet provider. If there are significant differences, there may be a mass malfunction at your Internet provider, for example. In this case, we recommend that you contact your provider for clarification.
