Create Online Presence

With enforePOS you can create your own website with an enfore domain ending and make it available to your customers so that they can order or reserve online.

To create your website with enforePOS, three basic steps are necessary:

  1. Enter preview code
  2. Create online presence as sales channel
  3. Enter mandatory information

Enter Preview Code

Before you can create an online presence in enforePOS, you must first enter a Preview code. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. In the POS menu, open Business Account > About enforePOS.
  2. Enter the code opr-preview in the Preview code field at the bottom of the Version Info view.Capture d’écran 2024-03-06 à 15.51.48.png

Create Online Presence as Sales Channel

In this step, you create your online presence and set the web address (URL).

  1. Open Sales > Sales Channels.
  2. Tap on Add.svg in the upper right corner.
⮕ The Create Sales Channel window opens.
  3. Tap on Online Presence.1_EN.png⮕ The Create Online Presence window opens.
  4. In the Name field you can enter a name for your online presence.
The name is displayed in enforePOS under Sales > Sales Channels. This name is not visible on your website.
  5. In the Subdomain field, enter the first part (subdomain) of your web address.

Once assigned, the domain name cannot be changed.

Enter the domain name without spaces.

As an enforePOS customer, your web address (URL) always consists of two parts: your domain name and the domain extension .enfore.com.
The web address does not start with www.

In our example, the web address is: testdomain2.enfore.com.
  6. Select a domain in the Domain field.

Only valid for Switzerland: In addition to .ch, the domain ending .com can also be selected in this field.

  7. To confirm your entries, tap on [Verify subdomain].2_EN.png
  8. Tap on [Configure modules].3_EN.png
  9. Choose the right module(s) for your business.
