Print or Send Purchase Orders afterwards

You have created a purchase order or marked it as received and want to print it afterwards or send it digitally to the supplier? With enforePOS this is possible. In this How-To, we will show you how to do it.

To print or send a purchase order, proceed as follows:

• Active Purchase Orders

  1. In the POS menu, open Inventory > Purchasing.
  2. Tap on the Active overview.
  3. Swipe from right to left on the purchase order.
  4. Tap on . ⮕ The Print or send documents window opens.
  5. Select the purchase order you want to send or print.
  6. Tap on [Next]. ⮕ The window expands to include the area How should the documents be distributed?
  7. Choose between the options Mobile Phone, Email and Printout.

     You can also select all three options and thus print the purchase order as well as send it digitally.

  8. Tap on [Complete]. ⮕ You have printed and/or sent the purchase order according to your selection.

• Purchased Orders received

  1. In the POS menu, open Inventory > Purchasing.
  2. Tap on the History overview.
  3. Swipe from right to left on the purchase order.
  4. Tap on .  ⮕ The Print or send documents window opens.
  5. Select the purchase order you want to send or print.
  6. Tap on [Next].  ⮕ The window expands to include the area How should the documents be distributed?
  7. Choose between the options Mobile Phone, Email and Printout. You can also select all three options and thus print the purchase order as well as send it digitally. 
  8. Tap on [Complete]. ⮕ You have printed and/or sent the purchase order according to your selection.
