Link external Customer Card to Customer Profile

Your customer already has a customer card with a number or a barcode with 2, 5, 8, 13 or 14 digits? In this case, enforePOS give you the possibility to enter the number of the customer card in enforePOS or to scan the barcode of the card with an enforeDasher in order to find your client in your database and assign an order.

  1. In the POS menu, open Customers > All customers
  2. Select a customer profile.
  3. Tap in the top right on CustomerCard-15.svg.Bildschirmfoto_2023-03-22_um_09.11.45.png⮕ The Add customer card window opens.
  4. Select [Link External Customer Card].Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_15.20.48.png
  5. Scan the barcode on the card or enter the barcode manually. 
  6. Tap on [Confirm]. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_15.21.36.png⮕ The following window indicates that the customer card can now be used.
