Can I delete a sales channel?

No, once created sales channels cannot be deleted, because doing so would also delete the sales of this sales channel. Deleting sales is not compatible with the GoBD ("Principles for the proper keeping and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access").

If you made a mistake when creating a sales channel, you can rename it. 

1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Channels.
2. In the left column, select the sales channel you want to edit.
3. Open the Edit Sales Channel window with .
   In the Edit Sales Channel window you can change the name of the sales channel.
