Pay with Customer Account in enforePOS

Your customers can conveniently pay for their purchase via customer account.

Requirements

Pay with customer account

  1. The customer's items are in the basket.
  2. Tap [+ Customer] in the basket. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-19_um_14.30.29.png⮕ The window Choose Customer opens.
  3. Enter the name of the customer in the search field or select the customer directly. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-19_um_14.31.23.png⮕ The selected customer will be displayed in the corresponding field in the basket.Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-19_um_14.32.33.png
  4. Tap on Checkmark.svg. ⮕ The Select Payment Methods window opens.
  5. Select the Account option.Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-19_um_14.36.22.png ⮕ The Receipt window opens.
  6. Specify how the receipt should be issued and tap on [Complete].
    ⮕ The amount will be debited from the customer's account. 

View invoice payment details

Check the payment methods of each invoice in the Sales history.

  1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales History.
    ⮕ In the Sales tab, you will see the orders in the cash register.mceclip0.png
  2. If you want to view the invoice details, tap on an invoice.mceclip1.png ⮕ The Invoice window opens.
  3. Tap on [Payments] to view the payment methods of the invoice. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-19_um_14.40.14.pngThe information Prepaid Account shows you that the payment has been done with the Account.
