Edit Option Groups

If you have created option groups in enforePOS, you can edit them afterwards. 

1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items > Options overview > Option Groups tab.
2. To show the function menu, swipe from right to left over the option group. 

The following functions are available in the function menu of the option group:

- Edit option group
- Copy option group to 
- Delete option group

Edit Option Group

1. To edit the entire option group, tap in the function menu.
   

   

   ⮕ The Edit Option Group window opens.

   You can also open the Edit Option Group window by tapping on the option group.

2. If you want to rename or edit the option group, tap . ⮕ The Edit Option Group Identity window opens.
3. Confirm your changes with . ⮕ The Edit option group identity window closes.

Add another option to the option group

1. If you want to add another option to the option group, tap [+ Add Option] in the Edit Option Group window.
2. Enter the name of the new option.
3. Tap Create New Option. 
   ⮕ The Create Option window opens.
4. Enter the properties of the new option and tap [Complete]to add it to the option group.
   ⮕ The Create Option window closes. 

Change the order of options within an option group

You can change the order of the options.

1. Open the Edit Option Group window.
2. Tap and hold until you can move the option.
3. Move the option to the desired position and release. 
   The option is now placed at the desired position.
4. To close the Edit Option Group window, tap .
