With the enforePOS Online Store you have several options for your deliveries: Whether you want to deliver directly to the customers in your area, offer delivery for specific time slots or express delivery - with enforePOS you can flexibly customize each of your delivery options and give your customers the freedom of choice.
To edit the settings for the delivery options you offer at your sales channel, open Order Management > Order Settings in the POS menu.
Choose the POS location (sales channel) where you offer the sales items for pickup or delivery.
In the Fulfillment tab, scroll all the way down to the Shipping and delivery options section.
Direct Delivery
Choose Direct Delivery if you want to give your customers the option to order sales items that you can deliver the same day within a few hours.
Choose the delivery option Direct Delivery. ⮕ The Direct Delivery window opens.
Set the following times in the Delivery Time section:
Average Polling Time: Average time it takes your supplier to start the delivery.
Average Shipping Time: Average time needed for one delivery.
In the Time interval section, define the time frame in which your customers can select a delivery time. For example, if you choose a 15-minute time slot, your customers can select a delivery time every 15 minutes.
Make the following settings in the Delivery Area section:
Radius: Set the radius for your delivery area in km.
Postal code areas: Optionally, you can add additional postal code areas that are outside your radius.
Enter the following data in the Shipping Fees section:
Price: Determine if and, if yes, how much your customers will be charged for shipping.
Shipping free of charge from: Enter here the amount from which your customers will no longer be charged a delivery fee.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ Now you have successfully made all settings for your direct delivery.
Local Delivery
Choose Local Delivery if you want your customers to be able to order sales items from you that you can deliver within the same day.
Select the delivery option Local Delivery. ⮕ The Local Delivery window opens.
In the Delivery Time section, select time slots during which you offer delivery. You can select multiple time slots.
You can choose from:
Morning delivery (Ready for shipment from 8 a.m. - Delivery: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
Afternoon delivery (Ready for shipment from 11 a.m. - Delivery: 12 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Evening delivery (Ready for shipment from 3 p.m. - Delivery: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.)
⮕ After tapping on the desired time period, a window opens.
In the Ready for dispatch from field, enter the time by which your sales items will be ready to ship.
In the Delivery field, specify the time period in which the sales items will be delivered.
After you have entered your time information, tap on . ⮕ The window closes.
Make the following settings in the Delivery Area section:
Radius: Set the radius for your delivery area in km.
Postal code areas: Optionally, you can add additional postal code areas that are outside your radius.
Enter the following data in the Shipping Fees section:
Price: Determine if and, if yes, how much your customers will be charged for shipping.
Shipping free of charge from: Enter here the amount from which your customers will no longer be charged a delivery fee.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ You have now successfully define all settings for your local delivery.
Express Shipment
Choose Express Shipment if you want your customers to be able to order sales items that are usually delivered the next day.
Select the Express Shipment option. ⮕ The Express Shipment window opens.
Select the desired shipping provider in the Execution section. You can choose between Deutsche Post DHL, UPS, Hermes, DPD, GLS, FedEx or DHL Express.
Specify the following in the Shipping Time section:
Pickup from: Specify the time from which pickup is possible.
Average Shipping Time: Enter the average shipping time for your orders.
In the Shipping Area section, select the shipping area you want to deliver to.
Enter the following data in the Shipping Fees section:
Price: Determine if and, if yes, how much your customers will be charged for shipping.
Shipping free of charge from: Enter here the amount from which your customers will no longer be charged a delivery fee.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ You have now successfully define all settings for your express shipment.
Standard shipping
Choose Standard Shipment if you want your customers to be able to order sales items which are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Choose the shipping and delivery option Standard Shipment. ⮕ The Standard Shipment window opens.
Select the desired shipping provider in the Execution section. You can choose between Deutsche Post DHL, UPS, Hermes, DPD, GLS, FedEx or DHL Express.
Specify the following in the Shipping Time section:
Pickup from: Specify the time from which pickup is possible.
Average Shipping Time: Enter the average shipping time for your orders.
In the Shipping Area section, select the shipping area you want to deliver to.
Enter the following data in the Shipping Fees section:
Price: Determine if and, if yes, how much your customers will be charged for shipping.
Shipping free of charge from: Enter here the amount from which your customers will no longer be charged a delivery fee.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ You have now successfully defined all settings for your standard shipment.
