Requirements
To access the details of the personal service, proceed as follows:
Here you make the settings for the availability of the selected personal service.
Service Locations: select here the locations (if multiple locations have been created) for which your selected personal service should be offered.
Service Duration: specify here the service duration for the selected personal service.
Time Availability: enter here the time availability for the selected personal service.
Example: hair color - available daily from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. This means that you offer the personal service only during this time period.
Note opening hours of the Location: activate this option if the personal service should be reservable only during the opening hours of the location.
Automatically Cancel after: specify here the period of time after which a reservation for this personal service should be automatically canceled. Thus, after this period, the personal service is automatically made available again for new reservations.
Ask for a mandatory reconfirmation: activate this option if you want to request a mandatory reconfirmation. The customer will be asked via SMS or email to confirm the reservation within 4 hours.
Duration: here you can change the duration of the personal service.
Price: in this field, you can edit the price of the personal service.
Sales Category: specify here under which sales category you offer this personal service.
Sales Channels: here you define the sales channels through which the personal service is offered. For example, if you don’t want this personal service to be reservable via your online presence any more, you have to remove your online sales channel from this field.

Available for Sales: with this option you specify whether the personal service is available for sales. Deactivate this option if you no longer offer this personal service.
In the Options tab, you can add already created or new options to your personal service, as well as option groups that the customer can book additionally. You can find more information here.
In the Related tab you can assign a related sales item to your personal service. You can combine your service with a product suggestion or with a deposit. You will learn here how to assign the related sales items.
In the Staff tab, you can see which staff members you have assigned as providers for this personal service. You can also link other staff members to this personal service here. We explain how to do that here.

Short Description: enter here a short description for the personal service. The short description appears in the details directly under the name of the personal service.
Description: in this field, you can add a more detailed description for the personal service. The word Description appears as a heading and you can enter your own description under it.
Product Media: you can display up to 5 images on the details page.
In the Performance overview you can see the revenues generated by the personal service. These are displayed in the respective tabs for the day, the week, the month or the entire year.
