Create Customer

In this How-To, you will learn how to create your customers in enfore POS in just a few steps. Created customers can benefit from marketing campaigns, take advantage of delayed payment or charge their customer accounts and pay for orders with them.

Follow these steps to create a customer in enforePOS :

  1. In the POS menu, open Customers > All Customers
    ⮕ All previously created customers are displayed.
  2. Tap on [+] in the top right corner to create a new customer.

In enforePOS, you can create three types of customers:

Private Customer

  1. If you want to create a private customer, select the option private customer. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_10.06.46.png ⮕ The Create private customer window opens.
  2. In the first field, enter the customer's name.
  3. In the Mobile Phone field, add the customer's mobile phone number.
  4. In the Home Phone field, add the customer's landline number.
  5. In the Email field, add the customer's email address.
  6. In the Home address field, add the customer's home address.

Corporate Customer

  1. If you want to create a corporate customer, select the option corporate customer.Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_10.14.39.png ⮕ The Create Corporate Customer window opens.
  2. In the first field, enter the business/company name.
  3. In the Phone field, add the customer's phone number.
  4. In the Business Address field, add the customer's business address.
  5. If you want to optionally add a representative of the company, tap on [+ Add representative]. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_10.15.17.png ⮕ The window expands with additional fields.
  6. In the Name field, add the name of the representative.
  7. In the Mobile phone field, add the representative's mobile phone number.
  8. In the Home phone field, add the customer's landline number.
  9. In the Email field, add the representative's email address.

Placeholder customer

  1. If you want to create a placeholder customer, select the option Placeholder customer. Bildschirmfoto_2022-08-16_um_10.33.01.png ⮕ The Create Placeholder Customer window opens.
  2. In the first field, enter the placeholder customer's name.
  3. In the Number field, add the customer number.
  4. Choose whether you want to track placeholder customer's sales.
  5. Choose whether you always want to issue a formal invoice to the placeholder customer.
