Open Active Orders from the Cash Register (Order Switcher)

You have several active orders that have not been checked out and wonder where to find them in the cash register? This How-To will tell you the answer.

No matter what kind of cash register you are working with in enforePOS, you will always find your active orders via the Order Switcher .

Open open orders

1. In the POS menu, open Sales > Register.
2. Tap on the Order Switcher on the right . ⮕ The Active Orders window opens.
   
   Here you can find all your recorded and uncollected active orders.

   By using the search function Search for order number, you have the possibility to search for a specific order.

   In the Ready For Pickup tab, you will find all your active orders that are ready for pickup.

   By using the search function Search for pickup number you can search for a specific order for pickup.

   In the Delivery tab, you can find all your active orders that are ready for delivery.

   By using the search function Search for delivery number, you can search for a specific order for delivery.

   

   In these tabs, you can also edit the active order in case of a pickup or delivery, which means that you don't have to switch to the order management. Also, you will find here active settlements as well as available resources.

3. Tap on the order you want to edit or checkout.

Cancel open orders

If you want to cancel or stop processing open orders, proceed as follows:

1. Tap on the open order in the order switcher.The open order is loaded into the cash register.
2. Swipe from right to left in the basket header.
3. Tap on to delete or cancel the job.
4. Tap on to cancel the order.
