Change Payment Method during Checkout

This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.

You started the payment process and accidentally selected the wrong payment method? In enforePOS you can change the payment method during the payment process. You will learn how to do that in this How-To.

This How-To describes the process for changing a cash payment to an invoice payment. The process differs slightly depending on the selected payment method.

  1. Tap on a sales item in the cash register to load it into the basket.

  1. In the Payment Method window, select the payment method you would like to use. In our example, we select Pay Later.Capture d’écran 2024-03-28 à 10.16.03.png
  2. Optionally select a different payment term and/or add an invoice address.
  3. Tap on [Next].Capture d’écran 2024-03-28 à 10.17.36.png
  4. Specify how the receipt should be issued. In our example, we choose Printout.
  5. Tap on [Complete].Capture d’écran 2024-03-28 à 10.18.32.png⮕ You have completed the payment process.
