Show Immediately Canceled Sales Items in the Basket / on the Receipt

This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.

You take an order and remove individual items from the order before the settlement? In enforePOS, you have the option of displaying these so-called "immediately canceled" items both in the basket and on the receipt as crossed-out items. You will learn how to do that in this How-To.

In the Basket

Requirements

  1. Open your cash register.
  2. Take an order.
  3. Swipe from right to left on the item you want to cancel.

On the Receipt

Requirements

  1. Open your cash register.
  2. Take an order.
  3. Swipe from right to left on the item you want to cancel.
  4. Tap on CancelItem.svg.1_DE.png

  7. Specify how the receipt should be issued. In our example we choose Email.
