Show Immediately Canceled Sales Items in the Basket / on the Receipt
This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.
You take an order and remove individual items from the order before the settlement? In enforePOS, you have the option of displaying these so-called "immediately canceled" items both in the basket and on the receipt as crossed-out items. You will learn how to do that in this How-To.
In the Basket
Requirements
You have selected the Show Items option in the POS menu under More > [Name of your cash register] > Receipt tab in the Product receipt view area in the Display mode for canceled items field
Open your cash register.
Take an order.
Swipe from right to left on the item you want to cancel.
Tap on .⮕ The canceled item is displayed as crossed out in the basket.
On the Receipt
Requirements
You have activated the option Show canceled unprocessed items on invoice in the POS menu under More > [Name of your cash register] at the top right, in the Receipt tab in the Product receipt view area
Open your cash register.
Take an order.
Swipe from right to left on the item you want to cancel.
Tap on .
Tap on [Checkout Order].
Choose a payment method. In our example, the customer makes a cash payment.
Specify how the receipt should be issued. In our example we choose Email.
Tap on [Complete].⮕ The canceled, unprocessed items are listed as crossed-out items on the receipt (in our example, in the attached PDF in the email).
