If you choose to create a public profile in the Business Account, you will first enter the mandatory legal information for your website and all the information to present your company.
If you do not have your own online presence (website) with the required information, enter the mandatory information in the POS menu under Business Account > Public Profile.
In order for the Public Profile menu item to be displayed, you must enter the preview code opr-preview in enforePOS in the POS Menu under Business Account > About enforePOS. Do not hesitate to contact our Care Team at care@enfore.com if you have any question.
If you have your own website, where the required information is already available, you can view the mandatory information in the POS menu under Sales > Sales Channels > Online Sales Channels > Profile > Legal Information.
You create your website under Sales > Sales Channels. It will not be visible until you have entered the mandatory information under Business Account > Public Profile or, if you already have your own online presence, under Sales Channel > Online Sales Channel > Profile > Legal Information.
If the mandatory information has not yet been entered, a hint is displayed under Sales > Sales Channels:
In order for your website to go online, you must enter the mandatory information (imprint, terms of service, privacy policy, declaration of revocation (only for the online shop)).

Open Business Account > Public Profile in the POS menu.
To tell more about your company, you can also enter texts for the following sections on your website under Business Account > Public Profile:
If you want to add your own URLs linking to your own web pages instead of the legal information generated by enfore, select them in the POS menu under Sales Channels > Online Sales Channels > Profile > Legal Information.
