Partial Cancellation - Cancel Individual Items of an Invoice
You do not want to cancel the entire invoice, but only a part of it, i.e. individual items of an invoice? In this How-To, you will learn how to cancel individual items of an invoice in enforePOS in just a few steps.
Partial Cancellation of an Invoice directly from the Cash Register
Learn here how to open an invoice directly from the cash register.
Swipe from right to left on the item you want to cancel.
Tap on . ⮕ The Void Line Item window opens.
Tap on the [Reason for Void] field. ⮕ The selection menu with the predefined reasons for void opens.
Select the reason for void by tapping on it.
Tap on [Complete].

To void other line items of the invoice, repeat steps 1 - 5. ⮕ The invoice is now displayed as Partly canceled with the icon.
Tap on . ⮕ The partially canceled invoice (with cash payment) is also listed at the top of the Sales Returns tab.
Cancel several items of an invoice at once
Alternatively, you can access the invoice in the POS menu and cancel several items of an invoice at once.
In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales History. ⮕ The Sales history view opens.
Swipe up or down to browse the invoice history.
Tap on the invoice from which you want to void individual items. ⮕ The Invoice window opens.
Tap .
Select Void Line Items.
Select the individual line items you want to void.
Confirm by tapping on . ⮕ The Void Multiple Line Items window opens.
Tap on the [Reason for Void] field. ⮕ The selection menu with the predefined reasons for void opens.
Select the reason for void by tapping on it.
Tap on [Void].
