Do you want to reward your customers? In enforePOS, you can create rewards and issue them to customers. For example, you can specify that if your customers buy three cappuccinos, they only have to pay for two. In this How-To, we explain how you can create such as reward.
From the POS menu, select Sales > Promotions.
Switch to the overview Rewards.
Tap on [+]. ⮕ The window for creating a reward opens.
In the Create Reward step, select the type of reward:
Product Voucher: applies to a specific Sales item. Category Voucher: applies to any sales item in a specific Sales category. Cash Voucher: will be added to the price of the basket. Special Coupon: applies without restrictions and is not linked to other specifications.
As an example, we choose a Product Voucher. ⮕ The Target step is displayed.
Choose what earns you the reward: Sales Item: by purchasing a certain number of a sales item. Sales Category: by purchasing a certain number of any sales items or a certain value of goods of a sales category. Basket: by the number of sales items in the basket or its total amount.
As an example, we choose Sales Item. ⮕ The Type step is displayed.
Choose how customers can earn the selected reward. In our example, the customer receives the premium for purchasing a certain Number of Sales Items. ⮕ The Configuration step is displayed.
Enter the required information in the appropriate fields:
Name: give a name to the reward.
Reward Target Sales Item: specify which sales item the customer must purchase to receive the reward. Required units: set how much sales item must be purchased in order to receive the reward.
Product reward Free product: choose which sales item the customer will receive as a reward. Free products: set how many units of the free sales item the customer will receive as a reward. Expires: specify how long the customer can redeem the reward.
Availability Active from: specify from when the reward is available. Expires: specify until when the reward is available.
No customer required to redeem: specify whether the loyalty reward can only be redeemed by customers created in enforePOS. Can be issued multiple times per customer: specify whether a customer can receive the reward more than once.
Tap on [+ Limitation] if you want to offer the reward only for specific sales channels, tags or time periods.
Select the desired conditions.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ The Conditions section and the corresponding fields have been added.
Type in the Sales Channels, Tags or Custom Redeem Times field. ⮕ The respective selection menu opens.
Select the sales channels, tags or time periods for which the loyalty reward should apply.
Tap on [Next]. ⮕ The Media step opens.
Optionally add pictures and a description.
Tap on [Complete]. ⮕ The Edit Reward window opens.
Check if you have entered all the information correctly.
Tap [Activate] or [Schedule] in case the action period is in the future. Alternatively, you can save the reward as a draft.
⮕ The reward has been created and will be applied automatically in the basket if you did not make any restrictions. If you now add the number of the corresponding sales item required for the reward to the basket, the customer will automatically receive the selected reward.
New rewards can be used as a template for further rewards. To do this, open an active or archived reward and select Create Copy.
