Delete Promotions

Do you want to delete an offer, coupon, loyalty reward or loyalty program for a period of time because you no longer offer it? In this How-To, you will learn how this works. 

Archive a Promotion

To archive a promotion, proceed as follows:

1. From the POS menu, select Sales > Promotions. 
2. Switch to the corresponding overview.
   In our example, we deactivate an offer.
   

   The process is the same for all promotions.

3. In the Active tab, tap on the promotion you want to deactivate. ⮕ A window to edit the promotion opens. 
4. Tap on [Deactivate] to deactivate the promotion.
   ⮕ The promotion has been deactivated and can now be found in the Inactive tab. 

Delete a Promotion

To delete a promotion, proceed as follows:

1. Switch to the corresponding overview.
   In our example, we delete an offer.
   

   The process is the same for all promotions.

2. Switch to the Inactive tab.
3. Tap on the promotion you want to delete. 
   ⮕ A window to edit the promotion opens.
4. Tap on [Delete] to delete the promotion.
   ⮕ The promotion has been deleted.
