Enroll Customers in a Loyalty Program

You have created a loyalty program, and now you want to distribute it to customers so that they can benefit from your great rewards? In this How-To you will learn how to do this in enforePOS. 

You can distribute the loyalty program to the customer either directly from the register or via the customer profile.

• From the cash register

  1. Open Sales > Register.
  2. Tap [+ Customer].  

     You can either create a new customer or select an existing customer.

     • Create a new customer

       1. Tap on to create a new customer. ⮕ The window Create Customer opens.
       2. Choose the type of customer you want to create.
       3. Enter the customer data.
       4. Tap on [Create customer]. ⮕ The customer has been created and is automatically selected for the order.

     • Select an existing customer

       1. To select an existing customer, tap on the desired customer. ⮕ The customer is selected for the order.
  3. Tap on the name of the customer. ⮕ The window Customer Profile opens.
  4. Switch to the tab Loyalty Programs.
  5. Tap [+ Add Loyalty Program]. ⮕ The window Select Loyalty Program opens.
  6. Select the desired loyalty program. ⮕ The window Distribute Loyalty Program opens.
  7. Select how the loyalty program will be distributed.
  8. Tap [Complete]. ⮕ The message Loyalty Program subscribed successfully is displayed.
  9. Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ The customer has been subscribed to the loyalty program.

• Via the customer profile

  1. Open Customers > All Customers.
  2. Select the desired customer.
     ⮕ The window Customer Profile opens.
  3. Switch to the Loyalty Programs tab.
  4. Tap [+ Add Loyalty Program]. ⮕ The window Select Loyalty Program opens.
  5. Select the desired loyalty program. ⮕ The window Distribute Loyalty Program opens.
  6. Select how the loyalty program will be distributed.
  7. Tap [Complete]. ⮕ The message Loyalty Program subscribed successfully is displayed.
  8. Tap [Confirm]. ⮕ The customer has been subscribed to the loyalty program.
