Your customers have purchased a voucher from you and now want to redeem it? In this How-To, we will show you how to redeem vouchers in enforePOS. You can scan the vouchers with an external barcode scanner or the integrated barcode scanner of the enforeDasher. Of course, you can still type in the barcode.
Scan with an External Barcode Scanner
Add all of your customer's desired sales items to the basket.
Using the external barcode scanner, scan the barcode on the customer's voucher. ⮕ The voucher is recognized by the system and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the value of the sales items. Whether the voucher is applied to the entire basket or only to individual sales items depends on the type of voucher.

Add all of your customer's desired sales items to the basket.
Tap on before the payment process.

Your customer can now scan the barcode on the customer display. Alternatively, you can enter the barcode manually. The barcode can be found on the printed voucher or in the email/ SMS that the customer received.
Tap on after scanning or entering the barcode. ⮕ A message indicating that the voucher is applied is displayed.
Depending on the amount in the basket, the voucher value is reduced or used up completely. Whether the voucher is applied to the entire basket or only to individual sales items depends on the type of voucher.
