Print Product Labels with Barcode

In this How-To, you will learn how to print labels with barcodes for your sales items using your enforeDasher or enforeComet. 

enforePOS supports the following label printers:

• Zebra ZD421d
• Zebra GK420d
• Zebra GK420t

The models print the EAN-13 standard if this is stored on the sales item in enforePOS. If no EAN code is stored, an internal barcode is assigned. The internal barcodes are introduced with 95 and differ from the EAN barcodes. 

To print a product label with a barcode, proceed as follows:

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the sales item for which you want to print labels. ⮕ The window with the product details opens.
3. Tap on . ⮕ The Print labels for... window opens.
4. Tap on the Printer selection field.
5. Select the connected printer.
6. Tap on the Format selection field. Here you can choose between the following formats:
   • 102 mm × 57 mm
   • 76 mm x 51 mm
   • 50 mm × 31 mm
   • 51 mm x 25 mm
   • 36 mm x 13 mm

     If you want to print the sales item's name and barcode, we advise you to use the format 51 mm x 25 mm.

7. In the Number of copies field, use or to specify how many labels should be printed.
8. Tap on [Print] to start the printing process. ⮕ The label contains the product name, the article number in enforePOS and the barcode with the EAN of the sales item.
